I can’t access the Zoom event without logging into an account?
In order to ensure ticket holders are the only ones attending the virtual event, you will need to have a Zoom account created (free accounts are fine!) and you’ll need to be logged in before you can successfully join the virtual event.
What if I have a different email associated to my Zoom account?
Some patrons have a specific work or school email they use for their Zoom account, that’s different than the email used for their order confirmation. In order to accurately approve your Zoom registration – please reach out toboxoffice@bbpresents.us if you’d prefer to use a different email for your Zoom registration.
I can’t locate my confirmation email from Zoom and the show is about to start!
Sometimes the Zoom emails are sent to Spam – searching your inbox for emails from no-reply@zoom.us helps locate it! You should have also received an email from Universe.com 1 hour prior to the event with an event ID and passcode that can be entered into Zoom manually – just make sure you’re logged into the approved Zoom account!
I bought my ticket as a gift for someone – how do I make sure they receive proper approval for the event?
If the name/email for the virtual event is different than what is on the order confirmation, please reach out to our team at boxoffice@bbpresents.us to make sure their information is noted on our backend.
I’ve been waiting to be let into the event and it’s about to start!
Don’t worry, we won’t start an event until we’ve cleared the waiting room. Our team has to manually admit people so it may take a few minutes for you to join!
I have been locked out of my Zoom account.
Unfortunately, New Media Touring is not able to assist with patrons being locked out of their zoom accounts. Please contact Zoom support by navigating to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us
